About Me

THE COLLECTIVE APPROACH

I have been in the fitness industry for 17+ years and kick started my career off as a PT, though I quickly found my love of Group Fitness quite fast. 

Being a Les Mills instructor has changed my life in so many ways, but the biggest way is in how it's enabled me to be truly ME. When I started teaching I was shy and reserved. Over the years, I've been able to break down walls and barriers and fully step into the person that I am today. I owe that to teaching and to the amazing friends whom I've met and made along the way. 


Though I love Group Fitness, over the last 3 years I have been focusing on more of a holistic approach to training. I now do Crossfit 6 days a week and combine stretching and yoga weekly add some downtime to my training load. 


I now want to use this space to help others find themselves and live the best lives they can. This page and group are here to help us all create a strong community of like-minded individuals that can help and support each other.
